As Governor of New York, I will use every legal, executive, and legislative power available to unseal the truth about Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes — and ensure every individual who paid to abuse children on New York soil is identified, prosecuted, and publicly exposed.

🔍 Why New York Bears Responsibility

• Manhattan Mansion as Epicenter: Epstein’s primary residence at 9 East 71st Street was not just his home — it was a central hub for trafficking and abuse.
• State Inaction: Despite credible allegations and law enforcement knowledge, New York State never brought charges. Federal prosecutors did the job Albany refused to do.
• Elite Complicity: High-powered individuals, media allies, and institutions tied to Epstein operated in silence. Some continue to do so today.
• Judicial Interference: The Manhattan DA’s attempt to downgrade Epstein’s sex offender status shows just how deep the failure went.

🛑 What I Will Do as Governor

1. Appoint a Special Independent Prosecutor

An independent state-level prosecutor will be appointed to:

• Reopen Epstein-related investigations in NY jurisdiction
• Identify, subpoena, and charge any individual who paid for sexual access to minors
• Investigate institutional collaborators or protectors of Epstein

2. Enact the “No Buyer Walks” Act

This law will make it mandatory to:

• Investigate and prosecute all individuals who paid for underage sex, regardless of plea deals or past settlements
• Criminalize the use of NDAs to cover up child exploitation
• Eliminate immunity agreements that shield predators

3. Demand the Unsealing of the Full Epstein Client List

As Governor, I will formally demand — through executive order, legal motion, or legislative action — the public release of all New York-based records, including:

• Client rosters and visitor logs from Epstein’s NY residence
• Flight records tied to New York airports
• Photographic and video evidence gathered by NYPD or federal partners

4. Launch the NY Commission on Child Exploitation & Elite Corruption

Modeled after the Moreland Commission, this new body will:

• Investigate state agencies, schools, and institutions for failure to report or act
• Hold public hearings with survivor testimony
• Deliver binding recommendations for prosecution and reform

5. Audit New York Institutions Tied to Epstein

Full audits of all NY-based public and private institutions that received donations, conducted business with, or maintained ties to Epstein, including:

• Universities, banks, nonprofits, and foundations
• Public officials or agencies who enabled or protected him

6. Create a Statewide Child Exploitation Prevention Package

• Expand mandatory reporting for professionals in elite circles
• Create a statewide registry of known enablers and co-conspirators
• Ensure cross-agency intelligence sharing between NYPD, State Police, and federal partners
• Launch a confidential whistleblower protection system for victims, staff, and insiders
