Day one—I’m walking in with the pen loaded. Here’s what gets done before the coffee even cools:

🚫 IMMEDIATE SHUTDOWNS & TERMINATIONS

• Safe Injection Sites – Banned. NYC overdose deaths increased 28% in 2021 despite these programs. Source
• Needle Exchange Programs – Shut down. Promotes sustained addiction without addressing root causes.
• All “Harm Reduction” that enables crime – Defunded. No more programs that fund dysfunction.
• Nonprofit criminal enablers – Contracts terminated. All state money pulled from cover orgs enabling crime.
• Housing First for active addicts – Frozen pending audit. Review pending on state-funded housing with no accountability.
• Restorative Justice pilots – Abolished. $16.5M spent with no accountability. Source
• Drug Paraphernalia Distribution – Banned. No more state-funded kits for illegal drug use.
• “Violence Interrupters” with no results – Disbanded. If results don’t exist, neither will the program.
• Parole Loopholes for Violent Offenders – Closed. 90% of NY felonies resolved via plea deal. Source
• No more Safe Junkie Zones. Period.

🧹 STATE AGENCY REFORM & CLEANUP

• Freeze all new DEI hires. Full audit before another cent spent.
• Dismantle NYS Education Bureaucracy. Begin SEZ/LEZ rollout immediately.
• End sanctuary policies in state-funded institutions.
• Ban benefits for foreign nationals – pending legal review.
• Audit CPS & Family Court – including judge conduct. Source
• Suspend state media advertising subsidies. NY spent over $905M from 2012–2022. Source

⚖️ CRIME, COURTS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

• End all plea deals for crimes against women or children.
• Empower Sheriffs to enforce border violations under NYS trespass law.
• Launch prosecutor misconduct review panel statewide.
• Declare fentanyl a Weapon of Mass Destruction in NY.

💰 ECONOMY, TAXES, & REVENUE

• Moratorium on property seizures over tax debt.
• Ban new property taxes on fully paid homes.
• Audit all state contractors receiving over $1M/year.
• Suspend new toll hikes—pending DOT and MTA corruption reviews.

🧠 EDUCATION & YOUTH PROTECTION

• Ban CRT and gender ideology in K–12 education—immediate order.
• Suspend all DEI offices in public schools.
• Begin SEZ (School Empowerment Zones) rollout immediately.
• Establish Parent First Rights Doctrine.
• Block new SUNY/CUNY funding if campuses restrict free speech.

🧱 SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE & BORDERS

• Suspend all migrant housing subsidies—full investigation ordered.
• Declare NY a border-state-in-crisis to trigger federal support.
• Prohibit shelters from housing non-citizens ahead of citizens.

📢 CIVIL RIGHTS & PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY

• Ban state-agency Big Tech censorship contracts.
• Declassify all government communication with GETTR, X, and others.
• Launch NY Transparency Portal for spending, contracts, and deals.
• Enact state-level libel/defamation shield for falsely accused citizens.
